Flooding at junction of Columbia drive & Montreal way

Sent to West Sussex County Council and Worthing Borough Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 2035519.

There is clearly a blocked drain or runaway that is causing a significant amount of water to be standing on the road.

Response from wscc advise this was due to recent rainfall, the flooding has been at this junction since october 2019. i appreciate that heavy rainfall is the cause, but i believe that the issue is the drains in that area are not clear.
