Pig waste dumped onto parish council land

One of the houses on kelly's road that backs onto the council land at the end of the allotments keeps pigs. The waste from these pigs is being dumped over the fence onto the public land, and is very unplesant when walking the dog past this. Other waste seems to be dumped into the stream down the bottom of these gardens in the floods -so its going down into the other gardens and watercourse.
