Drain I reported blocked months ago still not cleared!

Drains between runana house on milford road to efford mill are blocked as council routinely fails to sweep up leaves & debris. now the drains are blocked. I reported this months ago & drains still not free flowing! As such surface water is pooling on the a337 milford road when it rains & for days after rain has stopped. This is a litigation waiting to happen especially if the water that should be in the drains freezes on the highway surface!
