Large deep potholes

Despite reporting the problems along Basin bridge lane nothing has been done, Yesterday my car droped into a pothole at the edge of the road so deep (and all full of flood water so you cant see them) the vehicle bottomed out and the floor of the car dragged along the road, I hope your compensation fund is as deep as the potholes you have ignored because my car is going in for inspection and I will be instructing my solicitor to sue whoever is responsible.

Apparently 4 inch deep holes in a road is perfectly accessible in LEICESTERSHIRE.
