Bollard missing at crossing by leisure centre and Boniface Close. Trip hazard.

Identified that bollard was missing when waking a group of school children to the leisure centre for swimming. One of the children almost tripped over it but an adult identified the issue in time. Is has been like it for at least 5 weeks (to our knowledge).
