Sent to Hertfordshire County Council 1 minute later

Every time it rains there are two floods on Fairlands way. This is in the dips from Webb Rise and Bedwell crescent. To day the bigger flood was right a cross Fairlands way and making people go to the lower part which made a problem with traffic flow. This is every time rain but does not matter how much. Ever the drains are blocked or there are none and some should be put there.

  • A1155 fairlanda way Always floods when it rains as drains are still blocked with tree bits and other rubbish. THE WORSE IS BETWEEN BEDWELL CREC AND WEBB RISE. BUT ON FAIRLANDS WAY. It has not rained recently but drains still full of rubbish. Water goes over nearly all the road making drivers drive in middle.

  • The road still has a problem when it rains, as the drains are full of bits of trees and rubbish. Fairlands way has a couple of points between Bedwell cres and webb rise that get so bad that traffic has to go on the wrong side of the road to get through the water. The drains run on the pin green side of Fairlands way but because of the debris that lays on the edge of the road the drains are covered.
