Loose manhole cover left after recent roadworks.

I reiterate the previous posting that this loose manhole cover is causing persistent noise for 24 hours a day. I support all the previous comments. It's very disappointing that roadworks meant to enhance the road surface actually cause additional problems. I hope that it can be quickly solved.
