Road surface on A416 under the bridge near Amersham Station

Reported in the Road surface category anonymously at 11:53, Thursday 27 February 2020 using FixMyStreet Pro

Received by Buckinghamshire County Council moments later

Road surface on A416 under the bridge near Amersham Station has failed badly! It’s not just a pothole! the whole surface is breaking up! There have been repeated shallow repairs over many months, maybe years. This is a very busy road used by HGVs and Busses as well as cars. Would have made sense to resurface during half term - an opportunity missed? Some of the holes are now quite deep - it’s a danger to all, including pedestrians and cyclists. Please now treat as urgent!
