Rubbish on the Pavement
Reported via Android in the Fly-Tipping category anonymously at 09:32, Wed 26 February 2020
Sent to Lewisham Borough Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 2023001.
There has been a green wheelie bin full of apparently non-recyclable waste standing here for several months. It is also missing its lid. Next to it someone has left old rugs and a particle boad - which also have been there for months.

I can confirm that as of May 20th the issue has NOT been resolved. The overflowing and lidless bin still remains where it has been for about a year now.

The rugs and the particle board have been picked up but the lidless bin keeps accummulating rubbish and rainwater. Every time I confirm in FixMyStreet's follow-up that the problem has not been fixed the Council a while later signs it off as "fixed" - with nothing actually happening. It is frustrating.
