Damaged, worn and missing bollards on pedestrian refuges

Reported anonymously at 19:32, Tuesday 25 February 2020 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 2022279.

The bollards on the pedestrian refuges at the top of New Street, and in West Street (near the Town Hall) are very badly eroded and one blew off in recent storms. These refuges should be clearly marked with properly maintained bollards - for the safety of pedestrians and visibility to vehicles.
