Temporary traffic lights stop sign opposite pothole

The pothole reported previously and recently with a cone placed in it, is directly opposite temporary traffic lights stop sign, placing first waiting car at traffic lights at risk from swerving oncoming traffic. Please move the lights and stop sign further back, or, better still, just fix the pothole ?
