Pot holes and flooding on the road not being fixed.

Reported in the Drainage category anonymously at 16:24, Monday 24 February 2020

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 2018941.

The issues with flooding on Silver Lane have still not been addressed. There are ongoing flooding issues at the bottom of Silver Lane adjacent to the A417 which floods repeatedly as does the A417 itself. There is also flooding near Coppice Leaze and huge resultant potholes which are eroding the edge of the road. The same is true opposite the junction to Orchard Gardens adjacent to the grit box. There is another flood area where the ditches appear inadequate opposite Voskins Barn and around the corner (heading south) just beyond the canal with consequential potholes. There are also huge pot holes just around the next corner before getting to the trees. There is another huge flood (with consequential huge potholes which I understand has caused an accident involving a child) on the unnamed road off Silver Lane which heads to the church and village hall, near to the Canal cottages. All of the village roads in West Challow have a large number of potholes which need to be properly addressed as does proper drainage to the flood areas.
