Flooding
Reported via Android in the Street cleaning category anonymously at 18:18, Sun 23 February 2020
Sent to North Kesteven District Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 2016755.
The soak always on Green Man Road from approx Ermine Drive to half way to High Dyke are blocked. On Wednesday 12th Feb some council workers were trying to clear the soakaways. The man said he would report that the soakaways are blocked. These photos were taken on Sunday 23rd so clearing obviously not worked. We need proper drainage with pipes and metal covers - the same as in Ermine Driveand HighDyke. Pedestrians are showered with muddy water (result of Lindums development and farmers) if they are unable to dodge into a drive when a car passes. I have my car and drive sprayed with filthy water. This happens every time there is a bit of rain. Please sort it.

When it rains we still have huge puddles as pictured. In places they nearly meet across the road. There is no proper drainage. The soakaways along the Southern road edge are blocked along Green Man Road so and there is no drainage on the North edge of the road. The road has been very muddy from the lorries coming out of the Lindum site( where are their wheel washing facilities) -see photos sent from Parish Council. This makes the puddles filthy and if you cannot dodge when a car goes through a puddle you are covered in muddy water. We need proper drainage. Linden (the developers of the Western half of the new housing site) have done nothing to help solve the problem that they have made worse..

Still open, via questionnaire -
The soak aways are still full of mud. With the lack of rain for the last 4 weeks there obviously has been no flooding, but the problem has not been fixed.
