Double Yellow Lines Missing

Prior to resurfacing work, a large stretch of highway from the Rising Sun public house had double yellow lines on the carriage way down to the mini roundabout. These have not bee re-instated after resurfacing work, resulting in a number of vehicles obstructing the highway on this busy yet narrow stretch of road. Please can the double yellow lines be re-instated

I agree these cars do casue problems (I have seen a few smashed wing mirrors). Need the double yellow lines back.
