Moss-covered footway on the south side of Hardy Drive

The footway along the south side of Hardy Drive is covered in thick moss for much of its length. This slippery, sloping footway is hazardous to pedestrians, many of whom now choose to walk in the road instead.

On 20 February 2020 I witnessed an elderly man fall flat on his back as his feet slipped from under him on the wet moss..

The footway along the full length of Hardy Drive never gets any sunshine and the full length needs treating please to remove and kill the moss before someone is seriously injured.
