Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2014181.

The laybys both sides are a complete rubbish tip again this needs regular litter clearance is an embarrassment.and breeches the regulations, The whole length of the by pass equally, the road drains and channels need clearing as they are blocked. Roundabouts road surfaces breaking still not fixed dispite being reported a year ago and in some cases patch repaired but only one or two and others just left
