Multiple potholes, some over 12cm deep have developed in both East and West Glebe

Multiple potholes were inappropriately patched by the council last year, The patching has washed out and the damaged areas are much more extensive then prior to the intital poor repairs. Both East and West Glebes are affected, with 5 seperate grpups of potholes as well as individual ones at random.
