This nissan micra has been left in a disabled bay for 3 days since Wednedsay. Has not moved at all and prevents me parking my car in the disabled bay. Wife is blue badge holder. Looks like this is abandoned as next door neighbour advised its not theirs.

SP54 HXT left abandoned in Mackenzie square, I've checked on Gov.uk and it isn't taxed or insured please remove asap
