Oil on road surface/major oil leak from motorbike

There is a lot of oil on road surface and foot patch.That is not safe for other people.Oil leak coming from engine of this vehicle.Motorbike is parked every night on 35 Grampian place(public road).it is second week.

Still the same problem.i would say is worse then previously.now is 2 motorbikes and parts around motorbikes.
