Road drainage gulley outside 31 Warton Lane is heavily contaminated with silt and debris following severe flooding of the highway on 16/2/20. As a result it is not currently draining effectively and ‘backing up’, this will lead to further flooding of the highway and footpath during rainfall if the gulley is not cleaned out with suction ASAP.
