Constant flood

Flood coming off roundabout. Gets flooded every time it rains and causes risks trying to get into the other lane to avoid it

    A few days ago, two workers are driving inside while repairing the playground. On leaving, they left the side gate open. Is the entrance gate to the playground without a lock a new standard and unfortunately you have to get used to it without a padlock?
