Pothole in off ramp caused split tyre.

Sent to Hampshire County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2007262.

Left hand front tyre was split by pothole half way along off ramp from ring road. Must be deep to cause split tyre. Too dark and dangerous to take picture of hole. Currently waiting for recovery truck.

    Apparently potholes have been there for a long time. Maybe over a year.
