Noisy Virgin cabinet

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 200645.

This cabinet is opposite 200 Tower Road, Ware SG12 7LJ. It has been noisy for the last six years and Virgin are not interested. They say the fans can be turned off in the winter but not the summer (this is when the windows are open)
