You recently closed the call regarding trees branches pressing against my telephone wires stating that works were already carried out on them on 10/12/19 but in fact it and the 3 other small trees surrounding the bus stops weren't touched. See Tree shot 2 showing the tree and other that were trimmed. I suspect due to being of a lesser size and the fact that the branch affecting the wire wasn't dealt with at the time. In addition its easy to see no cuts were made to these trees and no follow up letter informing when the works would be done was received, as I would have needed to move my cars. I will try and see what BT say but if it means costs I will come back as the problem still lies with your tree at the end of the day as the branch has grown out to intercept the wire and not the other way around, and it would take 10 minutes to trim it back rather than weeks having to discuss and negotiate with BT!

Thank you for updating this report with photos. The location of the report on the map is between Horton View and Farmfield Road. The report was plotted in the wrong location, hence the information provided originally. The trees, now identified correctly thanks to the photos, will be addressed. The works will be undertaken in the next 4-6 weeks.
