Man keeps driving his car up over the path on to the green causing horrendous mud and danger to people by causing severe slippery surfaces. He drives his car from vinters Avenue road up to his house at number 29 vinters Avenue every day. The mud is all over the pathway and ends up in everyone's houses up my street.
