Blocked drains causing flooding in road.

Sent to Hampshire County Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 2003014.

The drains block everytime there is excessive rainfall. This time, 2 drains directly opposite each other on the road became blocked and caused road to flood and pavement to flood creeping slowly across the pavement towards residential property gardens.
