Reported in the Potholes category anonymously at 20:42, Sun 16 February 2020

Sent to Hampshire County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 2002326.

A large pothole next to the footpath on the south side of Bell Street (between the Catholic Church and flats) fills with water whenever it rains which results in pedestrians being splashed by passing cars due to the depth of the hole.
