One drain cleared this morning but not the one which is blocked and causing the problem. Contractor told which one needed to be unblocked but said that they could only clear the ones on "the tablet" and would not get paid for clearing any others. How ridiculous is that?

The wrong drain has been fixed in this area. It is the the drain further up the pathway rather than the one at the bottom of the driveway that is causing the flooding.
