The small pavement outside No 9 Water Farm is thick with moss.

Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 12:22, Sun 16 February 2020

Sent to Kent County Council 8 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 2001329.

The pavement is deep in slippery moss making it too dangerous to use. This presents a further danger in Water Farm as the actual road surface is covered with potholes (reported and ignored many times) and loose gravel where the entire road surface is disintegrating. So can’t walk on the dangerous road or the moss covered piece of pavement. Dangerous in the extreme for elderly infirm residents, any pedestrians and cycles

Updates

  • Haven’t even had an acknowledgement. Service worse and worse, road still a mass of potholes and pavement too dangerous to use.

  • Nothing done and not a word from Highways. This would be the ideal time to resurface the road as no cars are going in and out. It’s all just getting worse and they haven’t even scraped the dangerous moss for the footpath.
