Broken glass and litter under skateramp

This is a continuous problem. There is broken glass and litter around the skate ramp, which seems to congregate underneath. My dog has cut his paw today from walking near here. This is very dangerous to animals and to children who use the park next to this. The rubbish bin has no lid so rubbish can fly out easily.
