Damaged road signs on roundabout

On the Goch Way roundabout (Charlton,Andover) the black and white chevron warning board is damaged.

The yellow arrow warning sign on the traffic island is missing after being hit by a car. THERE IS THE POSSIBILITY OF SOMEINE HITTING THE UNMARKED TRAFFIC ISLAND.
