Blocked drain continues to cause flooding on road

Despite reporting the blocked drain on at least 3 occasions in the last 3 months, nothing has been done. Blocked drains on Spon Lane have exacerbated the situation. Acknowledge last night’s rain was significant but need to have confidence that drains can cope with rain. Rain is currently running through my garden as a result of this issue meaning I cannot exit my property without wading through water

    Even with a small amount of rain today, the drain has not coped. Despite me receiving a telephone message after I reported this issue originally, advising the drain would be cleared, clearly this has not happened.
