Hard rubbish fly-tipped on cnr Capstone Rd and Durham Hill, including broken mirror and large glass fragments strewn across footpath, posing a danger to children and animals.

  • Mirror is now gone but glass fragments remain. Also a black refuse bag and empty beer bottles, as well as other loose items. Please arrange a clean-up for these smaller items.
