The drain has been blocked for many months and was reported on before. Water does not drain at all and floods part of the road every time it rains. someone did come to clear the drain once before but did not remove all the debris inside and so the drain still floods exactly as it did before causing a large puddle on the entrance to the drive. water comes down from the upper drain as well as surface water from the properties and so water comes spouting out of this drain. last time it lifted the drain cover so it was dangerous. it was replaced very quickly and the person doing the work raised the priority to get the drain cleared. However, as mentioned the drain still floods as it did before being cleared out.
