Long and wide area of deep water on pavement

This hazard is at the end of North Street opposite the side of Bromley Methodist Church. Please, please sort out this large area of water, it has been here at varying lengths for at least a year. It never drains completely and residents of North Street need to walk in the road to avoid it. Today its about 3” deep and rubbish and leaves are caught up in it. The pavement is made of bricks and they are uneven and dangerous. If it is left it will become a health hazard (the water is stagnant), especially as young children and older people use this road frequently.
Thank you for your report, this is now being investigated. Information on our services and the timeframes we aim to respond in can be found: http://www.bromley.gov.uk/ fixservices

If you look at the pic there is a drain, also if you look on street view there is a drain gully along the path which would take the water to the drain However the tree closest to the drain has had ground works and the gully has been removed meaning water can not flow to the drain

The reported issue requires the footway to be excavated to allow for tree root trimming before being reinstated, these works will now be co-ordinated between our Highways and Tree Teams.
