Sent to Mid Suffolk District Council and Suffolk County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1996630.

Location -- A140 opposite and around new entrance to chicken unit. Accumulation of wind blown litter and possibly commercial waste ( clear plastic bags ) on verges and hedges.
