Excess road tarmac dumped on verge and in gutter

Your contractor filled in a couple of potholes near the chicane outside Street House the other day. When they finished they dumped excess tarmac on the kerb, gutter and on the grass verge . This means the water will not drain and the grass cannot be cut properly.
