Only one light along canal towpath working

For years none of the lights have been maintained or operational. Now one has been operated yet none of the others, is dangerous to not have them working this time of year

  • Just get reffered from one authority to another. No one accepts its there problem. Now I see a large section of this canal taped off by police this morning, I'd hate to think it was serious and this lack of lighting has contributed when it's been raised and ignored by the authorities.
