Illegal and dangerous parking

The parking problems here are persistent. Cars frequently parked, on corners, on pavements and the view of the road is severely restricted for pedestrians and drivers alike. Parking officers ride down Melbourne road on mopeds but don't seem to venture up here (in all honesty it would be a hazard to them). I've reported a lot of problem areas; the council bat it to the police and the police bat it back. Or I'm asked to call the council at the time, putting myself at risk from angry drivers.
