Miscellaneous other potholes, sunken areas, erosion, surface water missing the drainage system

There are many other potholes, eroded areas of road surface all the way along the Close. The system won't accept the photos for some reason but they are all plain to see by just walking along the road - however, this is report 5 of the areas not marked up last week by NYCC for repair on 17-18 Feb, as requested by NYCC on Twitter, so I'll leave it to NYCC to ensure a full repair of the entire road is carried out over the coming weeks, as promised to Cllr Trotter in December last year. Please feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss this further or if you'd like more photos - I have plenty! One final point. It would be helpful to us residents/taxpayers if NYCC would actually make clear what plans are already in place for repairs, etc. The roadworks map showed nothing for Stone Rings Close until a week or so ago for the 17-18 Feb works. Nothing was shown under the "12 months ahead" tab at any stage. Also, being able to ask someone at NYCC what is planned, rather than having to go via Councillors, for simple factual info would save us all a lot of time (perhaps these 5 reports were all unnecessary - but apparently no-one would confirm to Cllr Trotter yesterday and there's no direct way for me to contact NYCC to find out).
I look forward to hearing of the plans for the long-overdue repair of our Close.
Councillor and MP now supporting the residents in this battle. Council have accepted that some repair is required but are only planning superficial repairs, rather than addressing and remedying the cause of the issue. We’ll keep fighting.
