  • The fence is completely blocking the pavement. This road is used extensively for parking by parents taking their children to Carrington schools. Major trip hazard especially in the dark.

  • Despite making it clear this is a serious trip hazard no action has been taken. The fence is protruding 10 inches into the road. Additionally a resident narrowly missed hitting it with her car.

No information received on planned action from the Council.

  • Just spoken to the transport department at BCC and they cannot understand why it hasn't been moved as it is clearly a hazard as the photo shows.

It has now been passed to their emergency team for action.
