Sent to Edinburgh City Council 2 minutes later
Completely obstructing any passage for pedestrians. Likely to be necessary to step onto busy road in order to walk past. Noticed it Monday evening and reported to council website late on Monday evening.
Metal post has been removed, currently lying in the kerb. Still dangerous area of pavement covered by cone till repaired.

The post itself has been removed swiftly, however the last time I passed there was a need to ‘level off ‘ the rest of the post as it protruded slightly about the level of the pavement, and therefore a trip hazard.
