Street light obscured by foliage on Windsor Road

Sent to Hampshire County Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1990722.

The middle street light in Windsor road is mounted on an overhead power line pole which has an ivy-like creeping plant growing up it. The foliage is preventing the light illuminating the road. Please cut this back soon, BEFORE the bird nesting season starts.
