Speed limit actived sign 30 mph - not working

Sent to Peterborough City Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1990371.

This activated sign is located as you approach on the B1443 from Bainton in to Barnack. This warning signage has not worked for several years!!, we must ask why is this so.
