Noisy Manhole

Sent to Hampshire County Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1989980.

There is a manhole cover that has been noisy for some time in this location. I have tried to report it to HCC but they say report it the Southern Water. Surely there is a simpler way to tell the Highways folks that something is wrong, that if not fixed may get worse and become dangerous. Not to mention the annoyance to neighbours.
