DIP IN THE ROAD SURFACE 60cm X 60cm X 75mm

This pot hole / dip in the road surface has been reported by me over the last 18 months it has been repaired four times but it still there it was the water company that dug the road for water repairs to insert a valve with a lift up cover BUT they did not fit the correct tube inside to make the top cover level with road surface i last reported this on the 18/12/19 with a Ref No 471945 then on the 22nd of Dec a young man turn up with a plain white van and covered the dip completely with tarmac over the cover and it was good ,no loud bangs or vibration through our house But with in a week it has sunk again and the noise and vibration was back Please Help E.W.Green 44 Kennington Road Willesborough Lees Ashford TN240NR 01233331871
