No sign to say 'no through road' at entrance to Main Street, Woodthorpet

Reported in the Road traffic signs category anonymously at 09:01, Mon 10 February 2020

Sent to Leicestershire County Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1988634.

1) Large vehicles including articulated lorries, coaches are being directed by Sat Nav as a through road which are damaging road surface, verges, private property and trees. Vehicles of this size are a hazard to pedestrians as footpaths do not extend the full length of the road. Large vehicles have extreme difficulty in turning around and reversing the full length of the road to get out increases the risk to people and property. 2) People in small vehicles who think this is a through road by mistake use my drive to turn round 'average 10 cars per day'. The drive surface if being damaged by these vehicles.
