Damage to ditch protection

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 3 minutes later. Council ref: 1984956.

A large agricultural vehicle (you can see the tyre marks in the photos) has today, 7/2/2020, cracked and pushed out the low wall, which supports the protective rail and which prevents cars falling into the stream below, just to the right of the drainage gully.
