This truck has been here for some time now and its Road Tax and MOT ran out last year.

  • I have no idea what the council are taking about as this truck is still here... hasn't moved at all. It's in the first car park on the left as you come down Chipstead Close SE19.

  • Due to the unprecedented situation with covid-19, the DVLA has currently ceased enforcement action on untaxed vehicles. This applies also Councils such as Bromley who use devolved DVLA powers. This suspension of enforcement action will continue until advised otherwise by the DVLA. No further action will taken regarding this vehicle at this time.
