One picture shows a large metal mesh plus a large piece of pvc and can be found in the cul de sac in Learoyd Road beside Capels Nursery Unit. Also worth noting that the brambled area is taking over the road and pavement area. This traps rubbish and makes the area very unattractive.

The second incident is 4 large metal posts that are beside the footway in front of the wire fence of Capels Nursery, Learoyd Road, New Romney.
